Bio

Amanda is a native of Chicago, where her early work in theater began. After moving to California, she received her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Azusa Pacific University. She has studied with the New York Drama Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts, the Groundlings, the Elephant Theater, Lesly Kahn & Co and other studios. Amanda's talent and comedic timing have earned her success in stand-up, improvisational troupes, sitcom pilots, puppetry and ventriloquism. She is conversational in American Sign Language and wishes she knew more French or Afrikaans. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, writing, piano, guitar, walking barefoot on the grass, and playing with her giant dog, Tahoe. Amanda loves horseback riding, going to the shooting range, thunderstorms, whitewater rafting, eating good food and traveling. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
